What equipment do you use for live DJ'ing?
Primarily Pioneer CDJ’s + Pioneer mixer’s provided by venues.
Or my own laptop + Traktor S4 Pro + Phenyx Mic for spaces without Pioneer CDJ’s.
How long do you typically play for a live set?
Anywhere between a hour to 5+, dependent on the occasion.
What genres of music can you play for a live set?
Anything from contemporary pop, soul, motown, disco, to rap, R&B, afrobeats, dancehall, reggaeton, house, 80’s -00’s throwbacks and more.
Music Production
What is the process for working with you on a music production project?
First, we will have a consulting call to discuss the initial idea. This includes genre, tempo, mood, and influences, among other things. After this, I will draft a sketch idea for your approval before proceeding to recording vocals. Next, we will move on to post-production, and finally, the mix and master.
How long does it typically take to produce a track?
This ultimately depends on the scope of the composition.
The process of creating music can take anywhere from a few days to a week or more. It involves creating the instrumental track, recording vocals, and post-production with live instruments.
What genres of music do you specialise in?
Particularly hip hop, R&B and pop but I can venture into another genres as needed.
Can you work with vocalists or instrumentalists if needed?
Additional vocalists can be arranged, yes.
